Financial Giving Opportunities
In addition to Membership Dues, our annual Kol Nidre Appeal and fundraising events there are many ways your monetary support can help the Fellowship thrive.
General Donations – make it possible for the Fellowship to operate year-round.
Building Fund – to maintain and upgrade buildings and grounds.
Oneg/Kiddush Fund – What’s a Jewish event without food? The Oneg/Kiddush snack or light pareve / dairy meal following religious services provides a meaningful opportunity to join together with members of our Fellowship family and community. Shabbat, commemorate lifecycle events, remember loved ones, and celebrate joyful occasions by sponsoring an Oneg or Kiddush.
JFHF 50th Anniversary Campaign & Events - Buy event tickets. Help us perpetuate our legacy as an asset to the greater Pike County community, and to foster and expand our charitable and interfaith endeavors.
Dues Consideration Fund – to offset membership dues for people in financial need.
Chai & Chesed Fund – to provide community services, supplies, and meals in
Shiva Fund - to send food from the JFHF when a loss of a loved one occurs.
Yahrtzeit Fund – commemoration of the anniversary of a loved one’s death.
Rabbi’s Discretionary Fund – enables our Spiritual Leader to discretely provide support, care, and kindness to those in the community who need it.
Legacy Gifts – Planned gifts ensure the future sustainability of the Fellowship.
L'Dor v'Dor Campaign – provides members a list of opportunities to leave a lasting legacy at the Fellowship and connect generation to generation in their families through the purchase of personalized memorial items (plaques, bricks, Tree of Life leaf, etc.)
Membership Dues – supports the community through annual giving. For 2024, we have added an assessment to help finance capital improvements (HVAC upgrade to heat and cool the building completed in 2023).
